How to Get Ripped Without Supplements

Getting ripped naturally or without consuming any supplements is a great challenge, but not an impossible one. All you need is self control and follow some planed routine. In other words, you will have to be close to nature and follow some strict physical exercise routine. But first, capture some photographs on how you look currently and paste them in your room. This is not a futile exercise, it will remind you to change your appearance for good, every time you see it.

The next step in this regard is to make a change in your dietary habits. You should stop consuming cold drinks and alcohol as they contribute to accumulate fat. Instead, you should give importance to drinking lots of water and juice. In the morning when you wake up, go for a jogging for at least half an hour. After this, follow you must do aerobics for another half an hour. This routine you will have to follow on daily basis for at least fifteen days.

Do not forget to take some rest between exercises. Further, you should restrict your meat intake and focus on having fresh vegetables and fruits. Follow the old saying, eat your breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dine as a pauper.
Moreover, make it habit to have your dinner as early as eight or eight thirty in the evening. After taking your dinner, go for a pleasure walk of twenty minutes. It will help you to digest your food easily. In other words, you should try to increase your metabolism rate.

Lastly, after waking up in the morning, drink at least two glasses of water kept in a copper vessel. This will fulfill your water requirement for the day and also increase your immunity. Follow this routine for at least a month and you will feel the difference.
