    Hey Matt, this is some marvelous advice here.

    I don’t know if this is of any assistance to you in your training regime, but anytime I commit myself to working out, I always abstain from sex / masturbating as much as possible. When I do this, and work out, I tend to see massive muscle increase (really ripped too). I found out that abstaining from sex, causes more dihydrotestosterone to circulate in the bloodstream. DHT is a very powerful and naturally produced anabolic steroid which is produced when an enzyme called 5 alpha reductase is secreted from the prostate gland, and it binds with testosterone. This sex steroid is believed to be 5 to 10 times more potent than testosterone, and it increases red blood cell levels and causes the metabolism of cells to raise very high. However, what most men don’t realize is, this “He-Man” hormone is used up every time they get an erection! I don’t mean to be crude here, but it is my contention that if you want to see massive increase / definition in muscle mass, decrease in body fat, then sex and masturbating needs to be cut out as much as possible.
