Most guys in the gym try figuring out “how to get ripped?” For most people, figuring out to “get ripped” is a priority. After all, people go to gym to look good. How does one get ripped? A balanced diet? A proper work out? Or extra supplements? Well, it isn’t an overnight phenomenon. It is a gradual process and obviously requires time. But if you take efforts, the result will be yours.
The single most important factor is diet. A proper balanced diet with adequate workout programming techniques, last not but the least, iron determination will help you move ahead towards your goal. Make sure that you consume fewer calories than required. If the daily calorie intake lowers to 11 to 13 times the body weight your body will automatically trigger the burning of fat. Focus on small and frequent intake of meals that will keep your metabolism rate high. The fat-burning mode of your body would be turned on.
You should also take into consideration the type and amount of fat you consume. The type of carbohydrate intake also plays an important role. The intake of crabs and sugars should be minimized to the lowest.
While getting ripped, the workouts do not play a vital role. Even then you can follow the following exercises:
1. bench press
3. dead lift
7. one ab exercise
You can always swap these exercises.
Apart from diet, you should also concentrate on short but high intensity cardio workouts, 3 or 4 times a week that will keep your fat burning in progress. I would advise you to keep it as short as 15mins or less a day. The more the cardio workouts, the more would be your chances of losing you precious muscle and size.
In a nut-shell, getting ripped is all about minimizing your calorie intake and performing cardiovascular exercise. Make sure that you give equal importance to all the components are it diet, work outs or cardio.
